Job Description

The Marketing Support Coordinator is a full-time, exempt position whose primary responsibility will be supporting daily marketing operations, interacting with customers, and performing in-depth research of historical sales data and market prices of asphalt products.


Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent work experience in field
* 3-5 years of customer service and/or marketing support experience in a Commercial environment (oil and gas preferred)
* Effective multi-tasking capabilities including general administrative support, responding to customer inquiries and performing sales analysis
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Basic understanding of elements of cost, balance sheet and cash flow impact
* Ability to work non-traditional working hours as needed
* High performance and team player
* Heavy customer service skills with positive working relationships and attitude

Preferred Requirements:

* Experience with RightAngle. SAP experience a plus.
