Job Description

Job Summary:

Administers TRACK software used for timekeeping, invoicing, and payment processing for contractors at refinery. Maintains centralized repository of contactor information.

Major Job Tasks:

* Maintains master data in centralized repository of contractor information in accordance with established system procedures/protocols. Coordinates with Supply Chain and management on classification of contactor resources. Responsible for data timeliness, accuracy and quality.
* Administers exception process. Coordinates with management to determine disposition of exception timesheets such as, but not limited to, approve for payment/reject. Coordinates with management and appropriate refinery stakeholders to resolve badge-in and badge-out exceptions. Inputs overrides on approved exceptions.
* Coordinates process of TRACK access requests with other departments such as Information Technology and Supply Chain. Trains users on system functionality.
* Generates and distributes reports.  

Requirements:

* Minimum High school diploma or GED required.
* Minimum 1 year accounting/finance clerical work experience required.
