Job Description

Qualified applicant will supervise maintenance employees to ensure the safe and cost effective operation of our Pipeline division in compliance with contracts, regulations, training and safety. Develop a well-rounded workforce to reduce contract labor expenses. Responsible for all maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs and provide efficient maintenance service. Identifies performance deficiencies/potential improvements and takes appropriate action. Supports special projects for other departments and divisions. Participate in emergency response contingency plans

Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any U.S. employer other than current employer without sponsorship (i.e. must be either US citizen or US Permanent Resident).

* Advanced knowledge of operation of pipeline system
* 4 + years supervisor experience in the Pipeline industry
* Will be required to drive long distances on an everyday basis frequently encountering inclement weather and adverse conditions
* Will be required to work out of town requiring overnight stays
* Maintains a safe driving record and current driver's license.
* Advance knowledge of Pipeline regulations including CFR 49 195, API 1104 and ASME B31 and their applicability to the pipeline system
* This is a safety sensitive position you will be required to pass a DOT Physical and DOT Drug test
* Must have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
* Must have ability to lift up to 75 pounds and climb height up to 60 feet

Skill and Knowledge Required:

* Associates Degree and 4+ year's supervisor experience in the Pipeline Industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong written and oral communication skills needed to interact effectively with facility personnel and regulatory agencies.
* Proficient use of computer programs, including MS Word, Excel, and AutoCAD
