Job Description

Position Summary:

Develops strong business relationships with assigned client groups, consults with HR Centers of Excellence on talent, organizational development, employee relations and compensation and benefits issues. Partners with business leadership to facilitate effective organizational change. Leads initiatives between HR and assigned business unit(s) to design and implement strategies in alignment with both business and HR objectives. Ability to maintain confidential and professional behavior and demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

* Implements, administers, and assesses HR related programs and activities.
* Collects and analyzes information and recommends solutions and courses of actions.
* Interprets and provides assistance on HR policy, practices, and/or contractual obligations.
* Researches, investigates, and documents a variety of HR related issues.
* Delivers training related to Human Resources programs and employee and/or labor relations issues.


Education and Experience:

* Minimum undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Labor & Industrial Relations, or related field is required.
* Minimum 2 years of broad HR experience is required.
