Job Description

General Job Summary

Provides application support and administration in the corporate and remote site environments. Works with application vendors, end users and project teams to improve stability and application knowledge.

Major Job Tasks

* Analyzes and resolves software and computer related problems at the corporate and remote sites ensuring software applications operate at maximum efficiency for our customers.
* Performs system and security administration for key enterprise applications.
* Makes recommendations and develops plans to improve stability and address any recurring application issues.
* Works with application vendors to ensure company is informed of all new technical aspects which assist the department in planning and prioritizing future projects.
* Assists in software rollouts and other projects as assigned. Creates reports using MS Excel and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
* Diagnoses and resolves tickets for PC problems with the hardware, software and network.
* Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for systems and procedures related to primary job responsibilities.
* Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Education and Experience

Associate's Degree in a related field and 2-4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
